Our client is seeking an experienced Business Paralegal to support a team of attorneys within a NYC legal firm. If you have 3–5 years of paralegal experience with a focus on business-based immigration and PERM experience

Business Paralegal Benefits

60-70K Salary range
5 personal days
Federal holidays OFF

Business Paralegal Qualifications

3–5 years of business-based immigration experience
Experience with H visas and PERM process
Ability to work onsite 5 days a week
Must be highly organized, and capable of managing multiple cases simultaneously with precision
Must be proficient in Google Drive, MS Office, and Adobe Acrobat.

Business Paralegal Responsibilities

Manage Ongoing Client and Partner Communication
Entry of relevant legal information into the database
Support 3 Partners with immigration case assistance and research
Request necessary information and documentation from clients via email, maintaining clear and professional communication.
Review cases for completeness, ensuring all required documents and information are provided.
Prepare final cases for filing with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).
