Overview

As an Administrative Assistant in the Real Estate field, you will perform a variety of traditional clerical tasks which will include, but are not limited to, creating and modifying documents & presentations, data entry, market research, and organization information for clients. You will also be required to prepare monthly reporting packages, complete assigned projects, and provide Executive support as needed. The position will include both team and solo projects. Strong Word, Excel, Adobe and proofreading skills and attention to detail are a must! Some travel is required.

Requirements:

High school diploma
3-5 years experience as an administrative assistant, secretary or receptionist preferred
Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Positive, high-energy attitude
Resourcefulness, creativity, and problem-solving skill set
Familiarity with office equipment (i.e. printers, fax machines, projectors)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel and PowerPoint)
