LHH is partnering with a prestigious law firm in Naples, FL, seeking an experienced Trusts & Estates Paralegal to join their team. Responsibilities:
- Draft and prepare estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and health care directives.
- Assist with the administration of estates and trusts, including probate filings, asset transfers, and final accountings.
- Conduct legal and factual research relevant to trust and estate matters.
- Coordinate with clients, attorneys, CPAs, and financial advisors regarding estate plans and trust administration.
- Maintain client files and ensure accurate and timely document management.
- Track critical deadlines and maintain detailed checklists to ensure timely filings and task completion.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3–5 years of paralegal experience in Trusts & Estates law (Florida probate experience required).
- Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Notary Public (preferred).
