Interon IT Solutions is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to support and streamline key operations across
Human Resources,
Accounting, and
Immigration functions. This is a hybrid role ideal for someone who is comfortable wearing multiple hats and has prior experience in the
IT staffing or consulting industry.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources (HR)
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for IT consultants and internal staff.
- Maintain and update employee records and HRIS systems.
- Handle employee benefits, PTO tracking, and policy communication.
- Coordinate with recruiters and delivery managers to support staffing needs.
- Maintain compliance with federal and state employment regulations.
Accounting
- Maintain consultant timesheet records and coordinate payroll processing.
- Client invoicing submissions and accounts receivable follow-ups.
- Support monthly reconciliation, expense tracking, and vendor payments.
- Keep track of quarterly filings and financial audits.
- Maintain internal accounting records using tools such as QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or similar.
Immigration
- Coordinate H1B, OPT, STEM, and Green Card documentation and filings.
- Prepare and maintain immigration-related records including LCA, I-9s, and public access files.
- Act as liaison between attorneys, employees, and internal stakeholders.
- Track visa expirations and proactively manage renewal timelines.
- Ensure compliance with USCIS, DOL, and DHS regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in HR, accounting, or immigration - preferably in an IT services firm.
- Familiarity with USCIS and DOL guidelines for H1B and OPT employees.
- Working knowledge of QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or equivalent accounting software.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and HRIS systems.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in an IT consulting or staffing environment.
- Knowledge of E-Verify, I-9 audits, and wage compliance.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
