Role Description
This is a full-time on-site or can be hybrid role for an Immigration Attorney in a boutique smal law firm based in Brooklyn, NY. The Immigration Attorney will be responsible for representing clients in removal proceedings and appeals, managing paralegals and handling various family- and employment-based immigration cases. The attorney will get 30% commission of the payments of new clients brought to the law firm by the attorney.
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Bar admission in New York State
- 2-3 years of experience in removal defense proceedings
