Position Overview

We're seeking an experienced Immigration Paralegal who combines strong technical expertise with excellent client service skills. This role offers significant growth potential and the opportunity to work with diverse international clients in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead client communication management, including handling complex inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings
Execute immigration case preparation and processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with strict deadlines
Conduct initial client consultations and intake processes with minimal supervision
Maintain and optimize case management systems and CRM workflows
Support attorneys in case strategy development and documentation preparation
Monitor and track case progress, ensuring timely filing and follow-up
Collaborate with team members on complex immigration projects and special initiatives

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in immigration law practice or current paralegal position
Fluent bilingual proficiency in English and Russian/Ukrainian (written and verbal)
Demonstrated expertise in legal-specific CRM systems and case management software (required)
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
Proven track record of working effectively under pressure and meeting deadlines
Experience in handling sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree, paralegal certificate, or foreign law degree
Previous experience in a corporate or law firm setting
Strong business development skills
Experience with immigration-specific software platforms and legal CRM systems
