PARALEGAL - IMMIGRATION, PART-TIME, REMOTE
We are currently seeking a skilled Immigration Paralegal to join our dedicated legal team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in immigration law and a passion for supporting clients through their immigration journeys.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and file immigration petitions and applications, ensuring compliance with current regulations and deadlines;

Draft legal documents, including affidavits, motions, and client correspondence;

Conduct thorough research on immigration laws and procedures;

Manage client communications and provide updates regarding case progress;

Collaborate with attorneys to develop strategies and gather necessary documentation for cases.
Experience and Hard Skills:

Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a paralegal in immigration law;

Proficiency in filing various immigration applications, such as family-based petitions, employment-based petitions, and naturalization applications;

Familiarity with immigration software and case management systems.

Technology Requirements:
