We are seeking an experienced Immigration associate attorney to join our office. We are looking for an experienced attorney with a proven record in defensive asylum and removal proceedings. We help victims from Central America, India, Nepal, and Africa looking for immigration, family, criminal and wills assistance. We are looking for an associate that will jump right into court appearances, final merits, BIA appeals and briefs.
Requirements:
- We are looking for an immigration attorney licensed in any U.S. jurisdiction (preferably Texas).
- Immigration experience is preferred
- We are looking for someone that can handle sensitive topics, because client’s who call may be suffering from domestic violence situations or other crises.
- Must be in good standing and licensed in any U.S. Jurisdiction.
- Experience in asylum, Special Immigrant Juvenile Petition, U-visa, VAWA, T-visa;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
