We are currently looking for a professional who provides administrative and research support to attorneys and the company. We are an immigration law firm and mostly deal with Spanish speaking clients and therefore domination of the Spanish language is a necessary for this position. The right candidate will be comfortable communicating with clients and will complete projects on time, while also maintaining a high level of accuracy. The industry is changing quickly, and we are looking for candidates who are able to use new technologies to help meet the changing needs of our firm's clients.

This position is fully in person and virtual opportunities are not available at this time.

Responsibilities:

Research all relevant facts of the case.
Prepare, file and serve legal documents on time.
Draft and distribute legal memoranda.
Communicate with clients.
Communicate with outside counsel, experts and witnesses to ensure that they are prepared for depositions and court proceedings.
Be familiar with the policies and procedures of a law office.
Maintain accurate trial preparation materials.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
