Role Description
This is a full-time in person role for an Immigration Paralegal at Nova Law Group, located in Newark, NJ. The Immigration Paralegal will be responsible for legal document preparation, handling immigration issues, visa processing, and supporting immigration law cases.
Qualifications
- Experience in Immigration Law and Legal Document Preparation
- Knowledge of Immigration Issues and Visas
- Strong understanding of immigration law practices
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Detail-oriented and high level of accuracy
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field a plus
- Must speak Spanish and/or Portuguese
