Lawyer needed to open new office in:
Typical Duties Include:
- Represent clients in immigration related matters.
- Communicate and keep clients informed regarding their immigration matters.
- Supervise team of paralegals and legal assistants.
- Train paralegals and legal assistants as needed.
- Prepare and review immigration applications before submitting with USCIS, DOL or DOS.
- Coordinate and communicate with other attorneys and staff about on-going cases and/or projects.
- Submit immigration applications with USCIS, DOL, DOS or any other government entity.
Qualifications:
- Must have excellent English and Spanish oral and writing communication skills.
- Must be licensed to practice law in any state in the United States.
- Experience in immigration law is not required. Training will be provided.
- Must be willing to be in San Antonio, Texas for training during 4 weeks. Travel expenses will be covered.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
