Job Description:This position is for our Indianapolis, IN office. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid office environment, with both remote work and work in our Indianapolis, IN location being required. The ideal candidate will do the following:
- Draft support letters, responses to Requests for Evidence from USCIS
- Represent clients before the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR)
- Draft communications to clients describing/addressing immigration law issues
- Communicate with clients verbally and in writing to secure information and documentation
- Conduct research by utilizing on-line legal research tools
- Review and maintain client database files
- Plan cases and case strategies under the supervision of senior attorneys
- Determine case priorities and keep abreast of all case developments
- Learn about U.S. immigration rules and procedures
- Review potential clients' issues and consult with them

Required:
- Must possess a Juris Doctorate Degree and have passed any U.S. state's bar exam, although Indiana licensure is preferred
- Exceptional communication skills
- Superior decision making skills
- Competency to serve clients from a variety of cultures
Strongly Preferred:
- Immigration Law experience
- Fluency in English and Spanish
