Associate Attorney—Immigration Practice

US Legal Solutions, LLC is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our regional immigration practice as a full-time associate attorney. We are a leading immigration law practice located in St. Louis with over two decades of service representing individuals, immigrants and employers in the Midwest region.

The position being filled will work as part of a dedicated team primarily representing individuals and employers before USCIS, the Immigration Courts and U.S. Consulates.

This position is not an entry level hire but is intended as a lateral hire for an attorney with prior experience.

Job Duties:

Majority of professional time dedicated to:

Defense of removal cases before various immigration courts
Employment based immigration applications and nonimmigrant visa processing and
Immigration applications, waiver applications, USCIS interviews and related work.
Actual work load and allocation of time will vary by month, by filing season and client needs.

license to practice law or eligible to take Bar exam

Preferred Qualifications:

2+ years prior experience in Immigration law preferred. Will also give consideration to experience in family law or criminal defense law.
Strong interest in transitioning into supervisory and leadership role of growing law firm.
English/Spanish Bilingual preferred.
Must be able to work well with others take leadership role in a small office environment.
Must be able to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously with high attention to detail. Able to understand and adapt to different client needs and ability to adhere to deadlines.
Strong research and written communication skills.
