Responsibilities:

Provide legal counsel in immigration cases, including visas, permanent residency, asylum, and citizenship.
Represent clients in legal proceedings and hearings before immigration courts.
Prepare and submit necessary legal documentation for immigration cases.
Stay up-to-date with immigration laws and regulations.
Collaborate with the legal team to develop effective case strategies.
Deliver excellent client service by maintaining clear and constant communication with clients regarding the status of their cases.

Requirements:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree and a license to practice law .
Minimum of two years of experience in immigration law.
Fluency in both English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of clients.
Ability to manage multiple cases and meet tight deadlines.
Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
Commitment to advocating for the rights of immigrants and their families.
Must be available to work some Saturdays
