Our boutique immigration law firm is seeking an Immigration Attorney with 1 year experience in immigration law to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in immigration matters, including family-based petitions, employment-based visas, and asylum cases.

- Prepare and file immigration applications, petitions, and appeals.

- Conduct client consultations and develop case strategies.

- Research and analyze immigration laws and regulations.

- Collaborate with team members to ensure the best outcomes for our clients.

**Qualifications:**

- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

- 1 years of experience in immigration law.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

- Fluent in Farsi (preferred)
