Position Summary:

We are currently seeking a Case Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be organized, empathetic, and proactive, with a strong interest in the immigration Process and social justice. This role requires close collaboration with Or Immigration Consultants, Case Specialist and clients to support the preparation and filing of immigration applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct client intake and collect supporting documentation
Draft cover letters, affidavits, and supporting documentation for immigration filings
Communicate with clients regarding case updates, missing items, or follow-up needs
Prepare immigration forms
Maintain accurate and organized case files in our case management system
Assist with USCIS, NVC, and consular processing correspondence
Monitor deadlines and ensure timely submissions

Qualifications:

Fluency in English and Spanish
Prior experience in immigration law or legal support preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and cloud-based tools
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Compassionate and culturally competent
High School Diploma
