Object Technology Solutions, Inc (OTSI) has an immediate opening for an Immigration Specialist.

Immigration Specialist – (Onsite - Manassas, VA)

Major Responsibilities:

· We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Immigration Coordinator to provide support for our immigration program.

· The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks including data entry, maintenance of records, managing immigration inquiries, and providing general administrative support.

· This role requires someone who can handle multiple responsibilities, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively with team members and clients.

· Data entry and maintenance of data integrity

· Support business visa inquiries

· Employment verification and business travel letter support

· Software data management, configuration, maintenance, and operation

· Immigration inbox management

· File and maintain digital files and supporting documentation

· Open or close records/cases

· Schedule internal and client meetings, coordinate team meetings, and schedule conference calls

· Meet assigned deadlines and communicate case progress/status/issues

· Follow up with team members for outstanding documentation

· Routine case monitoring

· Create electronic files

· Update client information in the database

· Undertake independent projects

· Monitor case status and track expiration dates

· Compose routine correspondence to clients

· Provide additional administrative support to the department

· Other duties as required

Qualifications and Experience:

· Proven experience as an immigration coordinator or paralegal or in a similar role

· Familiarity with immigration processes and procedures is a plus

· Excellent organizational and time management skills

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy

· Proficient in MS Office and database management

· Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
