Our firm is seeking an experienced bilingual attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil litigation and pre-litigation.

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in family and immigration law.

The successful candidate will also possess excellent writing skills and be able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

Legal drafting of a wide range of legal documents, pleadings, motions, briefs, propounding and answering discovery, taking and defending depositions, meeting deadlines, etc.
Attend hearings and trials.
Must be able to manage a case from start to finish.

Requirements:

Minimum two years of experience as attorney
Must possess strong analytical, legal research, and writing skills.
Attention to detail, ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks.
Bilingual English-Spanish required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
