The Law Office of Alexandra Mayen Rivera, PC is looking for an immigration associate attorney to join our team. We are interviewing candidates with one year admission or less, including candidates who will be sitting for the upcoming bar.

We are looking for an immigration attorney who wants to grow professionally, gain experience, and prosper with the firm.

The duties and responsibility for the associate attorney includes but is not limited to handling and management of all immigration cases including all aspects of family-based immigration matters which include adjustment of status, citizenship, VAWA, asylum, removal defense, and special Immigrant Juvenile Status.

The Immigration Attorney will be trained and mentored by the associates in the firm. We offer a competitive salary commensurate with experience in the field and the current market. Benefits include health insurance, 401K, paid time off, end of year bonus, and paid family leave.

Immigration Associate Attorney must possess the following:

- Juris Doctor degree and be admitted to practice law in the United States or be in the process of being admitted.

- Excellent writing and communication skills is required

- Immigration Associate Attorney candidate must be able to set priorities and exercise good judgment

- Ability to work independently, under pressure, and meet deadlines

- Fluency in English and Spanish

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
