We’re looking for a full-time attorney to manage family-based, humanitarian, and removal-defense cases. This role is a good fit for someone who wants hands-on courtroom experience, strong mentorship, and a path to leadership. Spanish is required.

About the Role

We are looking for a full-time Immigration Attorney for our Dallas office. This role is ideal for someone who wants to be part of mid size firm, stability, strong mentorship, and the chance to grow with a national immigration law firm.

Responsibilities

Manage family-based, humanitarian, and removal-defense cases.

Prepare petitions, briefs, motions, and evidence packets.

Attend USCIS interviews and immigration court hearings.

Communicate with clients in a clear and supportive way.

Work closely with paralegals and support staff across all offices.

Participate in workshops, outreach, or media opportunities when needed.

Requirements

J.D. and licensed in any U.S. state or Puerto Rico

Experience in immigration law is required.

In person in office full time

Strong writing skills

Spanish required

Organized, responsible, and committed to excellent client service
