We are seeking an intelligent, self- driven, people friendly, dedicated and detail-oriented Immigration Law Paralegal with 3 or more years of experience who is excited to become part of our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background and ample experience in immigration law, and be able to provide exceptional support to our attorneys and clients. We are growing fast, and we are looking for a paralegal who is ready to hit the ground running.

**Duties:**

- Conduct legal research and analysis related to immigration law, including researching and interpreting relevant statutes, regulations, and case law.

-Preparing USCIS applications forms and memorandum in support for filings before the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, for immigrant and non-immigrant visas

- Prepare and review legal documents, including petitions, applications, and other filings, to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

- Assist attorneys in preparing for hearings and trials, including preparing exhibits, conducting witness interviews, and gathering evidence.

- Manage and organize immigration cases, including tracking deadlines, maintaining case files, and communicating with clients and other parties.

- Conduct clerical tasks, such as photocopying and filing documents, to support the attorneys in their work.

- Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.

- Perform other duties as needed to support the attorneys and the immigration practice.

**Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:**

- Bachelor's Degree in a law-related course.

- State-approved accredited paralegal studies certification.

- Strong knowledge of immigration law and relevant regulations and statutes.

-Minimum of 3 years of immigration law-related work experience under the supervision of a licensed attorney.

-Extensive knowledge of visa, permanent residency, and secondary benefit applications and substantial experience with preparing such petition packages.

- Excellent legal research and analysis skills.

- Ability to prepare and review legal documents accurately and efficiently.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

- Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.

- Experience with legal case management systems and software is a plus.

-Collaborating with other paralegals, legal assistants, and immigration attorneys

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
