Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Immigration Paralegal, based in Greenbelt, MD, with some remote work opportunities. The Immigration Paralegal will be responsible for assisting attorneys with preparing legal documents, conducting legal research, and handling various immigration-related issues such as visa applications and legal status matters.managing client files, and organizing immigration cases, including tracking deadlines, maintaining case files, and communicating with clients and other parties.
Qualifications
Experience in Immigration Law and handling Immigration Issues
Proficiency in preparing Legal Documents and managing Visas
Strong understanding of Law and legal procedures
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Law, or a related field
Prior 3-5 years experience as an immigration paralegal in an immigration law firm is a plus
