Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Immigration Attorney (Mandarin). The Immigration Attorney will be responsible for handling immigration issues, visas, immigration law, and legal issues related to immigration on a daily basis.

Responsibilities:

Manage complex immigration cases, ensuring timely and accurate filings.
Provide expert legal counsel and customized solutions to clients.
Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to maintain high-quality service delivery.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships while contributing to business development initiatives.
Assist in the management and operations of the Irvine office to meet local client needs.

Qualifications:

Active California Bar (CA BAR) license required.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in immigration law, with expertise in investment-based, family-based, and employment-based immigration.
Fluent in English and Mandarin, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong case management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex cases independently.
Previous experience building client relationships and contributing to firm growth is a plus.
