This position offers the convenience of a fully remote work environment, with the requirement for candidates to be available for in-person court appearances as necessary.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and direct immigration cases with a focus on client advocacy.
Prepare and submit essential legal documentation for various immigration matters.
Attend court appearances when required to represent clients.
Collaborate with fellow team members to secure positive outcomes for our clients.

Required Skills

A minimum of 4 years of experience in practicing immigration law.
Must hold a valid license to practice law in any U.S. state.
Proficiency in one or more of the following areas:
- VAWA (Violence Against Women Act)
- SIJS (Special Immigrant Juvenile Status)
- Green Cards & Naturalization
- Waivers
- Visas
- General Family Immigration Matters

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Demonstrated expertise in immigration law as outlined above.
