Associate Immigration Attorney

Location: Northeast Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid Schedule)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Pay Range: $70,000 to $90,000 - with higher compensation available based on experience and qualifications.

Fluency in French, Lingala, Soninke, Fulani (Fula/Pulaar), Wolof, Bambara, or another African language is strongly preferred due to the needs of our diverse client base.

Fleming Law PLLC is a growing immigration law firm dedicated exclusively to helping immigrants and their families navigate the U.S. immigration system. We are seeking an Associate Immigration Attorney to join our team and independently manage a diverse immigration caseload in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Active license and good standing with any U.S. state bar (Pennsylvania and/or New Jersey admission is preferred but not required).
Prior immigration law experience of 1 year is preferred.
Ability to independently manage a caseload from intake through final resolution.
Strong legal research, writing, and client communication skills.
Fluency in French, Lingala, Soninke, Fulani (Fula/Pulaar), Wolof, Bambara, or another African language is strongly preferred due to the needs of our diverse client base.

Responsibilities

Manage a diverse caseload before USCIS, EOIR, the BIA, and other immigration agencies.
Prepare applications, petitions, motions, briefs, and supporting legal documents.
Conduct client consultations and develop case strategies.
Represent clients at USCIS interviews, immigration court hearings, and other proceedings, as appropriate.
Work closely with paralegals, interpreters, and support staff to provide exceptional legal representation.
