Position Overview:
Bilingual Receptionist (English/Spanish)
Full-Time | On-Site | Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.

We are a fast-paced immigration and criminal defense law firm seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Receptionist who thrives in a professional environment and is passionate about client service. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a can-do attitude, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with precision and empathy.

As the first point of contact for our firm, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and respectful atmosphere for a diverse client base. You will also provide crucial administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our legal team.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist clients in a courteous and professional manner.
Answer phone calls and manage email communication in both English and Spanish.
Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and maintain client records with accuracy.
Support attorneys and staff with administrative tasks as needed.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure a secure and respectful environment for all clients.

Qualifications:

Fluent in English and Spanish.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
