Salary Range: $80,000 – $110,000 (Based on experience)

As our firm continues to grow, we are seeking a motivated and experienced Immigration Attorney who is passionate about immigrant advocacy and ready to contribute to a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Your Role:

You will manage a dynamic and impactful caseload, including:

Representing clients at Master Calendar and Individual Hearings before Immigration Courts (NYC and other jurisdictions)
Attending USCIS interviews, including Adjustment of Status, Stokes interviews, I-751 petitions, and Naturalization (New York and New Jersey)
Preparing and filing motions, evidentiary submissions, joint motions, appeals, and legal briefs as well as affirmative applications before USCIS
Litigating SIJS matters before New York Family Courts

Qualifications

Minimum 1 years of immigration law experience (willing to train the right person)
Admission to theNew York State Bar
Spanish fluency preferred
Strong legal writing, litigation, and courtroom advocacy skills
Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment
Commitment to immigrant advocacy, professionalism, and client-centered representation
Collaborative mindset and willingness to grow within a team
