LAWYER

Are you a lawyer who enjoys being in court? Do you like to litigate? Are you passionate about defending the rights of those in need?

We are looking for a lawyer to represent clients in Inmigration courts, no experience required.

Main responsibilities:

- Manage a caseload of immigration cases, including family-based petitions, asylum applications, and defense against deportation.

- Provide clear and strategic legal advice and representation to clients.

- Review legal documents and applications with USCIS, the Department of State, and other relevant agencies.

- Conduct consultations with clients and develop individualized legal strategies.

- Stay up to date on immigration laws, policies, and procedures.

- Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to ensure efficient case management.

Requirements:

- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. (optional)

- No experience required.

- Seeking someone who enjoys legal work, representing clients in deportation proceedings before immigration court.

- Experience in criminal law is a plus, but not required.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $95,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
