Responsibilities

Prepare and manage a wide range of employment-based immigration matters, including:
- H-1B
- L-1
- TN
- E-2
- E-3
- PERM labor certifications
- Employment-based immigrant petitions

Advise employers on immigration compliance matters
Draft legal support letters and complex legal analyses
Supervise and mentor paralegals and support staff
Maintain direct client relationships and provide exceptional client service
Contribute to firm growth and process improvement initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

Minimum of two years of business immigration experience
Strong experience handling H-1B, L-1, TN, E-3, and PERM matters
Experience with O-1, EB-1, NIW, physician immigration, investor visas, and I-9 compliance is a plus
Excellent legal research and writing abilities
Exceptional organizational and case management skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to independently manage a busy caseload
