Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various areas of law, specifically immigration law. The right candidate will primarily focus on removal defense, family-based immigration, asylum claims, and business immigration cases, including employment-based visas and PERM labor certifications.

Duties

Provide legal counsel to clients on a variety of legal issues in the area of immigration law (including but not limited to removal defense, family-based immigration, asylum claims, and business immigration cases, etc.)
Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and motions.
Conduct thorough legal research.
Represent clients in negotiations, mediation, and court proceedings.
Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to practice areas.
Collaborate with other attorneys and staff within the law office to develop case strategies.
Manage case files efficiently and maintain accurate documentation of all legal activities.
Assist clients with personal injury claims, estate planning needs, patent applications, securities transactions, immigration matters, and tribal law compliance.

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Experience in one or more of the following areas: immigration law is preferred.
Strong legal drafting skills with attention to detail.
Proficient in conducting legal research.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
A commitment to ethical practices and maintaining client confidentiality.
Minimum 3 years of experience in immigration law.
Experience in removal defense is strongly preferred.
Strong writing and advocacy skills for drafting complex legal documents.
Experience handling family-based, asylum, and business immigration cases.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Bilingual proficiency Spanish is required.
