We are seeking experienced U.S.-licensed immigration attorneys who want consistent, high-quality case flow without the burden of business development or administrative overhead. Whether you operate a solo practice, are growing your firm, or are looking for flexible contract work, we provide the operational support so you can focus on practicing law.

About the Opportunity

Bay Area Immigration Services operates under an attorney-supervised administrative support model. We connect qualified clients with independent immigration attorneys while providing organized case files, document coordination, administrative support, and case management.

You maintain complete professional independence.

You determine legal strategy.
You communicate directly with clients.
You provide all legal advice and representation.
You retain full attorney-client responsibility.

Our team handles much of the administrative coordination, allowing you to spend more time practicing law rather than managing operational tasks.

Who We're Looking For

We are seeking attorneys who are:

Licensed to practice law in the United States
Experienced in U.S. immigration law (minimum three years preferred)
Comfortable managing client relationships independently
Highly organized and responsive
Able to work remotely while maintaining excellent client communication
Committed to delivering high-quality legal services

Experience handling extraordinary ability and employment-based immigration matters is highly preferred.

Requirements

Active U.S. bar license
Minimum three years of immigration law experience
Professional malpractice insurance
Ability to work remotely
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage cases independently while meeting agreed timelines
