Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Immigration Attorney who is passionate about helping immigrants and doing things the right way. Your contributions will be vital in helping us achieve favorable outcomes for our clients.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Removal Defense and USCIS related filings. The Attorney will represent clients in legal matters, provide sound legal advice, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

The responsibilities will include attending Master Hearings, Asylum Office Interviews , Writing appeals/motions and USCIS filings.

Monitoring case workload management, doing inventory that all cases are actively being worked upon, and assisting in prioritizing shifting deadlines

Salary is commensurate with experience and potential.

Business Operations:

Monday - Friday

9 am - 5 pm

Spacious and Bright Sun-Lit Office

Requirements:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Admission to the state bar association and good standing

Experienced in Immigration Law

Pay: $70,000.00 - $155,000.00 per year
