We are recruiting an Attorney for our client, Immigration Solutions Law Group, PLLC thatis a nationwide immigration law firm based in Miami, Florida, serving individuals, families, professionals, and businesses across all 50 states. The firm provides comprehensive immigration services spanning business and employment immigration, family and humanitarian relief, removal defense, and appeals. The firm combines sophisticated legal representation with a personal, compassionate approach, offering services in both English and Spanish. Role Description This is a full-time remote position out of Seattle Washington. The Immigration Attorney will provide legal advice and representation on a broad range of immigration matters, including visas, residency, and related compliance issues. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting with clients to assess their needs, preparing and reviewing petitions and applications, drafting legal documents and opinion letters, and maintaining accurate case files. The role involves researching immigration laws and regulations, monitoring policy changes, and advising clients and internal stakeholders on the impact of regulatory developments. The attorney will collaborate with colleagues and external partners to support complex cases, manage deadlines, and ensure high-quality, ethical legal services.

Qualifications

MUST have good standing license with Bar in Washington State.
MUST be bilingual, Spanish and English
Demonstrated expertise in immigration law, including handling a variety of immigration issues and matters.
Experience advising on and preparing visa applications and related immigration documentation.
Strong ability to analyze legal issues, interpret regulations, and provide clear, practical guidance to clients.
Licensed attorney in good standing with a recognized bar in the State of Washington; experience in immigration practice strongly preferred.
Excellent legal research, writing, and document drafting skills, with strong attention to detail.
Effective communication and client counseling skills, with the ability to work with diverse populations.
Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet strict deadlines.
Proficiency with standard legal research tools and case management software; fluency in Spanish and English is highly beneficial.

Salary Range for this position: $85,000 to $100,000 FLSA Exempt
