My training involved rigorous assessments in leadership, field operations, land navigation, and program management, all of which sharpened my ability to make precise, mission-critical decisions—skills directly applicable to aviation maintenance and air traffic control roles.
I bring three years of experience working closely with the ROTC department, where I managed communications, including email correspondence and phone calls, and oversaw the processing of online applications. I organized and staffed volunteer booths to support new cadet recruitment and conducted informative demonstrations to help prospective cadets understand the ROTC program. Operating in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment, I consistently provided clear and supportive guidance—answering all cadets' questions before their enrollment, which helped them feel confident and comfortable joining the program.
