About
I have nearly 10 years of extensive professional experience as a Supervising Senior O-1/EB1 Case Writer and Assistant to Natasha Rezac at Raynor & Associates in Encino, CA. In my role as Senior Case Writer, I was responsible for drafting Petitioner’s Letters and compiling supporting materials for O and P visa applications, EB1 green card petitions, and related filings with USCIS. My work focused heavily on clients in the arts, entertainment, and motion picture/TV industries. Applying my knowledge of USCIS guidelines and industry standards, I critically evaluated evidence and strategically maximized its value to craft strong, persuasive cases. I regularly communicated with clients to clarify documentation needs and used a variety of online resources—such as IMDb Pro, the Bureau of Labor Statistics, and SimilarWeb—to gather credible data and supplemental materials. Using strong writing and organizational skills, I synthesized complex information into compelling, accurate Petitioner’s Letters and comprehensive support packages, earning me an exceptionally high approval ratio.
In my additional role as Supervisor and Assistant, I supported Natasha Rezac, Director of O-1/EB1 Production & Operation, by offering input on the language and content of Petitioner’s Letters and advising on case strategies. I helped assemble smaller case packages for unions and labor organizations, and prepared documentation and training resources for new writers. I also played a leadership role in onboarding and training new team members, overseeing their progress, and ensuring high-quality output through ongoing support and feedback.
