My experience includes preparing applications, court supplements, drafting motions, trial and appellate briefs, declarations, and other legal filings. I have filed matters before EOIR, the BIA, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and am experienced with ECAS and federal CM/ECF filing systems. This work has strengthened my ability to analyze complex issues, produce clear and accurate legal work, manage competing priorities, and communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, courts, and government agencies.

I have worked in U.S. immigration law since 2019, developing substantial experience in legal research, writing, case management, and client representation. I have managed matters from initial client intake through resolution and regularly work with complex legal issues, evidence, court decisions, and strict filing deadlines.
