Key Responsibilities: Focus areas are business immigration petitions. The attorney has a growing business immigration practice, focused on EB-1A, NIW, L-1, E-2, PERM . and H-1B petitions. Attorney also handles family-based, naturalization, waivers, and removal matters. Prior experience working as a paralegal with employment-based immigration is required and experience with family-based and other immigration matters is preferred. Ability to communicate fluently in English is required, and Spanish fluency is preferred. This is a hybrid position that requires being in the office a minimum of 3 full days per week.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

English fluency, Spanish preferred
Prior immigration law experience as a paralegal required (must have employment-based immigration experience)
Strong written and oral communication skills
Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills. Attention to detail a must.
Strong analytical, evaluative, critical thinking skills
Proficient in all Microsoft Office Products
Ability to manage time, prioritize work, and handle diverse assignments

Qualifications

Three to five years’ experience working in as a paralegal in immigration law firm; proficient with employment-based petitions, family-based petitions, among other areas. Spanish preferred.

Pay: $62,500.00 - $70,000.00 per year
