Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Immigration Lawyer to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a background in immigration law and be passionate about advocating for clients seeking to navigate the complexities of immigration processes. This role involves providing legal advice, representing clients in various immigration matters, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

Provide expert legal advice on immigration matters, including visas, green cards, asylum applications, and citizenship.
Conduct thorough legal research to stay updated on immigration laws and policies.
Prepare and file legal documents, applications, and petitions on behalf of clients.
Represent clients in administrative hearings and court proceedings related to immigration issues.
Communicate effectively with clients to explain their rights and options throughout the immigration process.

Maintain accurate records of case files and client communications.
