Responsibilities

Prepare employment-based immigrant and nonimmigrant visa petitions from start to finish.
Draft immigration forms and supporting documentation for attorney review.
Communicate directly with clients and manage case files throughout the immigration process.
Maintain a high-volume caseload while ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines.
Utilize Microsoft Office and immigration case management software.
Assist attorneys with case management, mentor junior staff as needed, and stay current on immigration law and legal technology.
Meet an annual billable hour target of approximately 1,500 hours.

Qualifications

2+ years of business immigration paralegal experience in a law firm or in-house legal department.
Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred.
Experience with employment-based immigration matters and case management software preferred.
Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering exceptional client service.
