The work includes habeas matters before the Federal District Courts,family visas, daca, naturalization,U visas ,vawa or expungement cases.

There ae Post conviction matters and appeals before the State , 9th circuit federal court or Board of Immigration Appeals

Office responsibilities include identifying what kinds of help callers may be looking for and if we can provide it, , word processing , and the inevitable form processing in an immigration practice,interpretation,translation, empathy ...there can never be enough

Occasional investigative work and case development might be part of the package.
