A busy small immigration law firm is seeking an immigration paralegal for a 40hr/week 4 days in-office and 1 day work from home position (after the initial 3-month fully paid training period). Our office is located in Manhattan downtown area. The paralegal will provide support for 3 immigration attorneys. Duties will include:

* Preparation of various USCIS forms and supporting documentation;
* Preparation of various court documents and filings;
* Filing with various courts and agencies;
* Communication and doing intake with clients;
* General office management and client file management;
* General phone duties.

We provide paid time off, flexible work schedule, MetroCard reimbursement. We do not offer health insurance.

RELEVANT IMMIGRATION EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. FLUENCY IN SPANISH REQUIRED.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
