Role:Immigration Specialist (O-1 & EB-1) | AI-Powered Legal Tech

Salary:$100K–$125K

I'm partnering exclusively with a cutting-edge AI legal tech startup in San Francisco to find an exceptional Immigration Specialist to join their growing legal operations team.

This is a rare opportunity to work at the intersection of immigration law and AI, my client has built a proprietary platform that's transforming how high-volume visa cases are prepared, and they need a sharp, detail-obsessed specialist to help scale it.

The Role

My client is looking for someone with 2–6 years of business immigration experience, specifically with a strong track record in legal writing for O-1 and EB-1 petitions. You'll be a core part of their legal ops team, owning cases end-to-end and working closely with product and engineering to improve the platform itself.

What You'll Be Doing

Preparing high-volume O-1 and EB-1 visa petitions using their AI-powered platform
Conducting rigorous quality checks on all documents and evidence prior to attorney review
Managing the full petition lifecycle, from document intake to final 300–1,500 page submissions
Collaborating cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to flag issues and drive efficiency improvements
Serving as an in-house subject matter expert and copy editor for all legal writing

What They're Looking For

2–6 years of business immigration experience with a focus on O-1 and EB-1 legal writing
Meticulous attention to detail and a solution-oriented mindset
Comfort working in a fast-paced, tech-forward environment
CA-based preferred; remote-first culture (exceptional out-of-state candidates will be considered)

The Package

$100,000–$125,000 base salary (DOE)
