🔍 The Opportunity

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented, solutions-driven Immigration Specialist to support a high-volume caseload, with a core focus on O-1 and EB-1 petitions. This role sits at the heart of legal operations, leveraging an AI-powered platform to enhance speed, quality, and scalability.

⚙️ What You’ll Be Doing

Owning the preparation of high-volume, writing-intensive O-1 and EB-1 visa petitions
Conducting rigorous quality control across documentation and supporting evidence
Managing end-to-end petition workflows (300–1500+ page submissions)
Acting as a subject matter expert in legal drafting and copyediting
Partnering cross-functionally with Product & Engineering to optimise platform performance and workflows

✅ What We’re Looking For

2–6 years’ experience in business immigration, with strong exposure to O-1 and/or EB-1 cases
Proven legal writing and drafting capability (this is a writing-heavy role)
Experience in high-volume or startup environments preferred
Background with forward-thinking firms/platforms is a plus
Highly detail-oriented, fast-moving, and proactive in solving problems

🚫 Not the Right Fit If

Your experience is limited to H-1B or form-based processing
Your background is primarily in family-based immigration
You prefer slower-paced, less dynamic environments
