Responsibilities:

Manage a diverse caseload encompassing both immigrant and nonimmigrant visa petitions, ensuring high-quality and efficient service.

Requirements:

2-4 years of proven experience in business immigration, demonstrating expertise in H, O, L, P, I, and E nonimmigrant visas, as well as PERM, EB-1, and EB-2/NIW applications.
