We are seeking an experienced Immigration Attorney to join our growing team.

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
Active bar membership in any state.
Experience in immigration law, particularly in drafting legal motions, appeals, and waivers.
Strong analytical and research skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines independently.
Fluent in English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities

Represent clients, including preparing and filing petitions, before immigration courts and USCIS.
Manage an efficient caseload of immigration matters.
Prepare legal briefs, motions, and other documents for court filings and administrative proceedings.
Conduct legal research and stay updated on immigration laws, policies, and case law—particularly regarding SIJS and related immigration issues.
Represent clients in hearings, interviews, and before family and federal courts when necessary.
Collaborate with clients and team members to gather necessary evidence and supporting documentation.
Maintain accurate records of case progress and deadlines.
