The practice is focused on Latin-American consular processes, adjustments of status and other CIS applications, Asylum, and Immigration Court cases. Immigration or similar experience in the above areas is required. This is a small office - make yourself essential, and you are as valuable as a co-owner.

Job Summary: salary will depend on your experience and skills. Communication in general is extremely important:

- Immigration or similar casework experience as described above;

- Individual project management skills and personal effort management skills essential;

- English/Spanish speaking/reading/writing;

- Strong computer and software skills - and ready to learn more;

- Preference for small office environment, regular schedule, few emergencies;

- Shared responsibility with other staff.

Compensation and benefits:

- Salary depends on skills and experience;

- Five paid holidays per year;

- Six paid sick days after 90 days, additional vacation added each year.
