Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our legal team. Law firm experience is required. Knowledge of PA Law is preferred. Perfect Practice experience is a plus. Foreclosure experience is a plus. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a solid understanding of legal procedures. This role involves supporting attorneys in various areas of law, including foreclosure and bankruptcy, by conducting thorough legal research, preparing documents, and assisting with client interactions.

Responsibilities

Draft, review, and proofread legal documents, including pleadings.
Assist attorneys in the preparation for court hearings and trials.
Organize case files and maintain accurate records of all documentation.
Interview clients and witnesses to gather pertinent information for cases.
Manage deadlines for filing documents with courts and other agencies.
Collaborate with attorneys to develop case strategies based on research findings.
Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to foreclosure and bankruptcy law.

Experience

Previous experience as a Paralegal or in a similar legal support role is preferred.
Strong knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation practices.
Proficiency in conducting legal research using various databases and resources.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong attention to detail, particularly in proofreading documents for accuracy.
Familiarity with immigration law or securities law is a plus but not required.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
