Responsibilities

Manage a caseload focused on humanitarian and family-based immigration cases, taking a proactive approach and ensuring timely progress
Provide support to 2 Attorneys, including client follow-ups and case management
Prepare comprehensive case drafts / packets for attorney review and submission
Communicate with clients virtually to gather necessary information and documentation
Oversee office management, such as ordering supplies and processing rent payments

Requirements

4+ years of experience in family-based immigration law
Fluent in Spanish
Strong legal research and writing skills
Tech savvy with proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite
A strong passion for client interaction and delivering high-quality service

Bonus Experience

Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certification
Notary Public Commission
Proficiency in Camp Legal
Office management
