We are looking for an attorney with at least 1 year of experience, with proficiency in Spanish preferred but not required. This position will consist of consultations, preparations for hearings, and client representation at immigration court hearings. Candidate should also have some experience with preparing various family-based immigration applications including marriage petitions, work permits, I-601As, and adjustment of status. Candidate will be expected to attend non-detained court hearings primarily in Newark.

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience of family based immigration and immigration court experience
J.D. from U.S. Law School
Admission to a U.S. State Bar
Admission to New Jersey is a strong plus
Candidate Must Live Close to Newark
