As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for helping a fast paced team evaluate system issues, streamline operations, and improve data driven decision making through careful analysis. Your technical expertise, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence will contribute significantly to the success of our projects and the satisfaction of our clients.

Job Location

Washington, D.C. (with telework eligibility, subject to COR approval)

What You Will Do:

Analyze trends, volume, and demographics for multiple key mission critical programs
Track complaints and data from multiple intake channels; log and summarize cases in web-based systems.
Enter and manage agency-related data in Tableau for statistical analysis and reporting.
Identify trends across data sources, support the development of business insights, and help streamline operations.
Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to support predictive modeling and compliance efforts.
Utilize CRM tools and RAD applications, perform technical writing, and assist in process mapping and workflow documentation.
Provide data entry, reporting, and analysis for case management and intake systems in a secure environment.
Support cross-functional collaboration with field and HQ personnel and provide data for executive decision-making.

What You Will Bring With You:

US Citizenship is required (required by the federal government for this position).
Must be able to obtain a DHS Public Trust clearance.
MUST RESIDE IN THE United States (U.S.) and the work MUST BE PERFORMED in the United States (U.S.), as this work is for a federal contract and laws do apply.
2+ Years experience in data analysis and a Bachelors Degree OR associate degree and 3+ years of related experience; OR 5+ years of related experience without a degree.
1+ years experience in Microsoft Excel and Word
1+ Years experience conducting database searches and summarizing findings under tight deadlines.
1+ years experience working with ServiceNow as an end-to-end Case Management System

What We Would Like You To Bring With You:

Strong reading comprehension, writing, and communication skills.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Knowledge of immigration law or prior experience in law enforcement environments.
Ability to read and comprehend English and Spanish documentation.
Active DHS public trust; OR an active public trust at any agency

Professional Skills:

Strong organizational and time management skills.
Critical thinking and analytical capabilities for programmatic and operational reporting.
Attention to detail in reviewing and entering sensitive government data.
Familiarity with predictive analytics and data visualization in tools like Tableau.
Detail-oriented tendencies with excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
The ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients and internal teams professionally.

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.

The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is:

$60,663.00 - $113,440.00 DC Remote Office (DC99)
